 Since 1947, Thornapple Landscapes, Inc. has been providing the finest in professional landscape design and installation. Our projects are tremendously varied as we are exceptionally skilled and equally adept at both residential and corporate design. In addition to serving the private homeowner, we are constantly involved with numerous local businesses ranging from restaurants and hospitals to retirement communities, Home Owner Associations and public works projects.
Our designers and architects have extensive experience and talent whether renovating an existing landscape or creating a landscape for a new construction. Their specialties include historically-accurate design, lighting design, theme gardens and the creation of outdoor rooms.
The skilled artisans of our installation crews work with natural stone, brick and top quality plant material to bring the landscape plan to life. Garnering numerous awards for their attention to detail, they are also highly regarded for their professional appearance and demeanor. Several of our crew members are Certified Landscape Technicians or CLT's. Earning this title requires participation in a national testing program underscoring our commitment to a high standard of professionalism.
Our affiliations include; ALCA – Associated Landscape Contractors of America, ANLA – American Nursery & Landscape Association, ILCA – Illinois Landscape Contractors Association and the INA – Illinois Nurserymen's Association.
